Vision

At the heart of all my work is a similar thread— I seek to cultivate understanding, growth, collaboration, and impactful relationships, that lead to greater capacities, contributions, happiness, and harmony.

Meet Asha!

First generation Indian American, Asha Chhabildas has been studying yoga through her family’s life philosophy and traditions since she was a young child.

After a degree in psychology and career in the medical field, she held a rich understanding of neurobiology, human development and health. But unanswered questions about the nature of being human and the nature of healing, led Asha back to India to begin her formal studies in yoga science.

In her classes and programs, Asha weaves together neuroscience, Eastern philosophy, and mindfulness principles through engaging storytelling and experiential practices.

She sees yoga as a vehicle for a very personal study of how the mind, embodied nervous system, and our relationships all interact to make us who we are.

Asha invites you to join her inquiry around self-connection, self-understanding, and self-actualization, in the pursuit of greater happiness and harmony.

She continues her yogic studies in the United States, at the Amrit Yoga Institute, Samadhi Yoga and Karma Yoga Center. She has extensive Yoga Nidra training with teachers Kamini Desai, Jeremy Wolf, and Richard Miller. She also holds certifications in Restorative Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and in Reiki 1, Reiki ll, and Master level Reiki.
